Payment

You can pay your order by IDeal, Klarna, Bancontact, KBC, PayPal or by credit card. At all times, the order will be paid prior to shipment.

You can fill in your payment details when ordering and using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard). The amount is immediately reserved on your credit card and only charged after the goods are dispatched. Tresanti keeps the right to check the validity of the credit card and the credit in relation to the order amount and if the address of the buyer is correct. Based on these checks Tresanti may refuse an order.

When you pay via PayPal, you pay through your personal Paypal account via the payment method you choose.

Via www.tresanti.eu, gift cards are available. These gift cards can only be used for purchases through www.tresanti.eu. Gift cards are available in different values, only in Euros. Gift cards are ordered and transmitted in the same manner as other products. A gift card is valid for 5 years. Upon expiration of the gift card, any unused credit will also expire. Remaining credit will not be paid in cash.

If you have a gift card or coupon code, you can use these to pay your order. You can apply your code by confirming the order at the shopping cart page. You can fill in the code in the checkout page “Discount code” and click on “APPLY”. Always check the expiration date of your promotional code per purchase. You can also use gift cards and promotional codes on discount products. You can not use a gift card for the purchase of another gift card. A coupon or gift card is valid only once, unless stated otherwise. If you have a gift card, the minimum order amount must be at least the amount of the gift card. Refund of the amount stated on your gift card is not possible.

  The total amount displayed on the cash register screen includes tax and shipping costs. This amount is specified in the order confirmation.
