How do I place an order?

Click on the product page on the green ‘add to shopping cart' button to place your chosen products in your digital shopping cart. You can complete your order by logging in, but you can also proceed without creating an account. Do you already have a TRESANTI account? Please login with your email address and password. Would you like to create a TRESANTI account? Please create on during the ordering process, so you have your data, order history and preferences at your disposal at any time.

After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Here you're able to view your ordernumber and an overview of your order. We'll do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. For the Benelux (The Netherlands & Belgium) orders placed before 15:00 will be delivered the next day. For other European countries, delivery is within 2-5 working days.

UK orders

We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note that VAT and potential import duties must be paided before receiving your order. The import duties depends on the type of product you order. This process will be handled by the courier.

Would you like to cancel your order? This is possible if the order hasn't been processed. Contact us if you need us to check.


Why did I not receive an email confirmation of my order?
We advise you to check your spam inbox; it may occur that the confirmation ends up here. Are you sure that you did not receive your order confirmation, please let our customer service know via the contact form or drop us a message.

How do I apply discount codes to my order?
Are you in the possession of a Tresanti discount code? You can add the code to your shoppingcart after you click on checkout. By clicking on the bar with text ‘Discount code’ and fill in the code in the white bar. After you’ve added the discount code it will automatically settle the discount with the total amount of your order.

Is it possible to change my address?
We are able to change your shipping address as long as you order hasn’t been sent yet. If you require us to do this, please let our customer service know as soon as possible via our contact details.
