How do I make a return?
Via our return portal you're able to announce your return. Simply fill in your postcal code and order number (5 digets) and fill in the reason why you wish to return your product(s). Choose the courier and print the label provided. The return costs will be deducted from your refund. Please click on the button below.
If an order is returned, always keep your tracking number and a copy of the receipt, so you have proof of the shipment. When returning goods, please ensure the initial packingslip is enclosed. If the packing slip is not enclosed, please add a note with your name and ordernumber.
After TRESANTI has received your returned products in the right condition, TRESANTI will reimburse your payment as soon as possible (please note this can take up to 3 working days) via the same payment method as the payment method of your purchase. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation.
Something wrong with your products?
If a product that you have ordered through our webshop has arrived damaged or faulty, we would like to receive a notification about it within 2 days after delivery. Send us an email with your order number and at least 2 photos of the damage, so that we can solve it for you as soon as possible!
